RESPONSIBILITIES

    • The successful candidate will join the Legal Department of 3Pillar Global, Inc. and interact with and support a broad group of departments across the company, with a primary focus on:
    • Coordinate with Revenue Operations and Contract Operations on sales transactions.
    • Immigration support (support Talent and immigration counsel with work visa applications, maintenance, green cards, etc.)
    • Corporate insurance support
    • International labor and employment compliance and agreements
    • Corporate support..
    • Assist with International corporate governance and regulatory compliance
    • Draft and review NDAs, SOWs and other legal documents
    • Negotiate and draft domestic and international commercial agreements (professional services agreements, purchases of goods and services),
    • Assist in management of international corporate governance
    • Will report to the General Counsel.
    • Provide support on transactional and compliance matters, and support General Counsel on corporate matters, including implementing corporate policies.
    • Provide support on M&A (Merger & Acquisition) transactions.

    • This is a Hybrid role located at Fairfax, VA.

REQUIREMENTS

    • Atleast 3-5 years of corporate experience with a law firm or for-profit company. IT, Software or other Technology industry experience desired. 
    • Experience supporting international entities a positive.  J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and an active member in good standing of the Bar a positive.
    • Experience interacting at senior level with business management.
    • Team attitude that no job is too big or too small. Thrives in an environment where you need to roll-up your sleeves, collaborate with others, and own outcomes.
    • Strong ability to influence, provide point of view and to listen.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively work with various departments and levels within firm (including senior management) and manage cross-functional teams, including finance, sales and talent.
    • Excellent judgment, attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
    • Ability to handle ambiguity, juggle many matters at once and quickly shift from one situation or task to another.
