RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify target users (if not provided by client)
- Write recruiting screener (if needed)
- Write interview script
- Conduct user interviews following our protocol (right tone of voice, no leading questions, correct sequence of questioning)
- Distill and prioritize research findings (using Dovetail)
- Communicate and explain findings to 3Pillar team and client
REQUIREMENTS
- Interaction Design Capabilities:
- Able to create design concepts (sketches) and wireframes (using Figma)
- Able to define a product's navigation/flow or content structure
- Able to take findings from user research and use them to inform the product's design
- Able to understand user journey
- Able to create rough page layout
- Visual Design Capabilities:
- Able to create pixel-perfect grid layout
- Skilled at using typography and icons effectively
- Excellent eye for color palette while keeping accessibility in mind
- Skilled at creating intuitive and appealing micro-interactions
- Experienced in create design systems Planning and executing user research (we use UserInterviews.com and Dovetail)
- Interaction design (using Figma)
