Requirements:
- 5 Years of Strong Core Python Skills
- Panda.
- NumPy.
- Data engineering experience.
- AWS Services: Athena
- PySpark.
- Redshift.
- AWS Lambda, S3.
- Data project experience.
- Life Sciences experience.
- Data pipeline versioning and change management.
- Manage the complexity inherent in versioned data pipelines.
- Building Python-based ETL processes.
- Logging and instrumentation of pipelines and services.
- Solve problems at the architectural level.
- Onboard instruments and develop parsers.
