Job Description:
We are looking for a Data Architect with 12 to 17 years of experience to be part of the product engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Assessments of existing data components, Performing POCs, Consulting with the stakeholders
- Proposing end-to-end solutions to an enterprise's data-specific business problems, and taking care of data collection, extraction, integration, cleansing, enriching, and data visualization
- Ability to design large data platforms to enable Data Engineers, Analysts & Scientists
- Application Architecture: Contribute to the architecture of various components of an application that is built using a microservices architecture
- Data Science: Lead the architecture of various data science projects and be in charge of their deployment to production
- Mentorship and Code Review: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards to maintain code quality and facilitate skill development within the team.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance, optimizing model and backend integration for efficiency and more accurate results
- Documentation and Collaboration: Create and maintain technical documentation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to project planning and estimation, ensuring effective communication and project success.
Requirements
- Resources Should Have:
- - Good knowledge of AWS (Networking, Data stores, Compute services)
- - IaC-Devops
- - Experience working with Data Science teams and have knowledge about MLOps.
- - Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot.
- - Strong knowledge of Angular.
- - Strong knowledge of Relational Databases, like ProstreSQL, NoSQL databases, like Cassandra, and other datastores, like Redis.
- - Experience with microservices
- - Experience with observability tools like NewRelic
- - Good knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- - Good knowledge of authentication schemes like OIDC and SAML, through OKTA
- - Willingness to work in a collaborative manner.
