    • Source for the best passive candidates in the global market.
    • Builds strong partnerships with recruiters and business leaders to understand specific needs to attract and engage with top talent.
    • Develops and manages global talent pipelines for various technical roles. Puts meaningful focus on building a diverse pipeline.
    • Presents appropriate resumes to recruiters. Works on global/regional requisitions with targets (number of generated leads)
    • Maps out individual markets and gather intelligence around specific talent pools, using that knowledge to identify top talent.
    • Develop a strong relationship with candidates and make judicious decisions on fit for a particular role or team, in addition to thinking through fit for our unique culture. Follows up with candidates within appropriate timelines
    • Manages current pipelines and recycles past pipelines
    • Strategically utilize LinkedIn, online research, events, etc. to engage highly passive, sought after candidates. Applies research techniques, boolean searches, builds networks, uses sourcing platforms, and other sourcing methods & tools
    • Manages his/her sourcing efforts and tracks them in the applicant tracking system (i.e. uploads profile in the system, assigns candidates to the recruiter, track historical conversation, follows up with candidates who decided not to enter the hiring process at a specific moment, and valides future interest, to name few)
    • Provides relevant data and insights from own experience on the top of the funnel trends/rates
    • Shares knowledge inside the team and provides support to elevate the global sourcing practice
    • Willing to look wherever is necessary to find the talent we need, with a focus on our values and requirements
    • Continuously works on streamlining sourcing processes and delivering great candidate experience


    • 4+ Experience sourcing and research at all levels, preferably in a global capacity within the software industry.
    • Relevant experience in Recruiting or Sourcing.
    • Experience working directly with hiring managers.
    • Proven success in sourcing for technical/sales/marketing/g&a roles.
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively source passive candidates. This is a fully outbound role.
    • Focused on delivering an excellent candidate experience.
    • Ambitious, efficient, and stable under tight deadlines and competing priorities.
    • Ability to build relationships with managers and colleagues across multiple teams, disciplines and timezones.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills across all levels, in English.
    • Experience with competitive global job markets preferred.
    • Working knowledge using candidate tracking systems.
    • College / University degree in Human Resources or related field from an accredited institution preferred.
    • Remote working experience in a technology organization.
    • Willingness to learn and use software tools.
    • Experience sourcing and research at intermediate level within the software industry.
