    • Clean and efficient code creation based on specifications.
    • Testing and deployment of programs and systems.
    • Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts.
    • Integrate software components with third-party programs.
    • Troubleshoot, debug, and update existing software.
    • Collect and evaluate user feedback.
    • Recommend and make improvements.
    • Create technical documentation for reference and reports.


    • Ideally, 5 years of AS400 application development experience and maintenance experience.
    • Knowledge of RPG400 / RPGLE, experience in RPGLE and its concepts such as procedures, service programs, link directories, activation group.
    • Knowledge of CL400 / CLLE, knowledge of error handling.
    • Knowledge of DB2 / 400 and relational database concepts.
    • Experience in SQL Queries, creation of tables, views, indexes, SQL stored procedures, etc. and the use of embedded SQL.
    • Must have debugging skills, both for interactive and batch processes.
    • Free format programming experience.
    • Experience in Preparation in Design of Technical Documents, test system, preparation of test plans, etc.
    • Capable of providing timely support to face any Acceptance Test to users.
    • Must be able to work as a freelance developer analyst on a project or work in a team.
    • English not required.
