We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Consultant to serve as a contract Chief Product Officer (CPO). In this role, you will provide strategic guidance and leadership to the product development team of one of our clients, ensuring the successful development and execution of their product roadmap and the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused solutions.🚀💻
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Continue to build a world class product organization in a company that has locations across the globe.
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive product innovation and success.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, data insights, and business priorities.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product performance and success.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Represent the company as a product expert, both internally and externally, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record of success in a senior product leadership role, preferably as a Sr. Director, VP, or Chief Product Officer.
- Extensive experience in product management, with a deep understanding of product development processes and best practices.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable product plans.
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams and driving outcomes with executives.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
