We are looking for a Specialist, Talent services with 2.6 to 4.6 years of experience to be part of the Talent team.

Responsibilities

    • Serve as a trusted partner and addresses queries promptly and effectively
    • Take accountability for maintaining accurate data within our Talent Systems, adhering closely to process guidelines to ensure data integrity.
    • Talent Programs/Processes:
    • Contribute to the implementation of both global and local talent programs and processes, ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Manage the exit and offboarding processes for team members, providing support and guidance to both managers and individuals transitioning out.
    • Data Management:
    • Hold accountability for managing system data accurately and within specified timelines.
    • Conduct regular audits to verify data accuracy and completeness, taking corrective actions as necessary to maintain data integrity.
    • Stakeholder Management:
    • Address stakeholder inquiries and concerns promptly, serving as a reliable resource for team members on various topics such as benefits, processes, and program execution.
    • Take pride in organizing and executing local events, overseeing all aspects from planning to implementation, ensuring alignment with the organization's culture.
    • Act as the primary host/hostess for special events, orchestrating seamless experiences that leave a positive and lasting impression on attendees.
    • Excel in coordinating internal travel events, designing personalized experiences that cater to the preferences and interests of participants, ensuring memorable moments for all involved.

    • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in talent management, HR operations, or related roles.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Demonstrated ability to organize events and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Preferred location - Noida

Requirements

    • Provide guidance and support to managers during employee exits.
    • Develop and implement strategies
    • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively convey information to stakeholders.
    • Handle stakeholder management with tact and professionalism.
    • Offer solutions to various HR-related problems that may arise.
    • Recognize the need for policy changes and advocate for their implementation.
    • Maintain data integrity and accuracy for audit purposes.
    • Oversee the entire engagement process for employees within the IN location.
    • Manage travel arrangements for clients and business purposes.
    • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to facilitate smooth interactions.
    • Develop and execute engagement plans to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
    • Implement wellbeing initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
