You will play an essential role in our Sales team, executing on our Account Growth strategy and working with our team and clients to win and renew business across a range of our key services, including: Artificial Intelligence Design & Integration, Digital Strategy, UX/UI Design, Software Engineering (Web & Mobile), Systems Integration and Cloud Services.

What you'll do

    • Develop and execute an Account Management strategy to achieve sales targets by building strong client relationships, retaining and growing current accounts, and re-engaging lapsed clients.
    • Collaborate with clients and our delivery team on strategic product roadmaps, leading workshops to shape product strategy, design and solutions.
    • Lead tender/RFP identification and submission efforts, manage our referral partner network, and collaborate with our delivery team to develop tailored deal strategies and solutions.
    • Develop compelling bids and presentations aligned with client needs, and take ownership of the negotiation and successful execution of new deals.

What do you need to have?

    • Product Management or Technical experience in custom software development.
    • Experience steering complex B2B technology sales cycles to achieve success, with leadership and commercial acumen to drive desired outcomes.
    • Proven track record of individual contributions to sales, with consistent performance in surpassing targets.
    • Ability to build and maintain senior relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Adept at networking and developing new business relationships.
    • Adept understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, Agile vs Waterfall project management, and User-centered design.

What is nice to have?

    • Background in Professional Services Sales within the Technology industry.
    • Experience with custom application design and development (business and consumer applications).

$140,000 - $240,000 a year
($140k Base + $100k OTE Commissions)
