- Work with LPs through their due diligence, investment subscription and fund onboarding process (including ensuring adherence to Singapore and U.S. Anti-Money Laundering and Know-Your-Customer requirements), as well as periodic compliance exercises.
- Maintain and manage our SalesForce system by logging all meeting notes and sales opportunities, and generating actionable summary reports on a routine basis for internal team meetings and updates. Identify and implement optimizations to the IR operations process (tools, technology, general process, etc).
- Support the execution of virtual and in-person LP events such as general LP meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), networking events, portfolio company meetings, and fundraising roadshows.
- Collaborate with the APAC IR and Investment Teams to provide valuable insights for LPs, for example: monthly newsletters, coverage of portfolio companies, and investment partner views. Collaborate with the Global IR Team on identifying potential cross-selling investment opportunities for LPs.
