You are an ambitious, cloud-savvy, new business sales person, with a track record of hitting and exceeding target. You have thrived on small business sales opportunities at high-growth technology companies, and could be a key driver in our accelerating regional expansion. Reporting to the UK Inside Sales Manager, you will work with prospective organisations who can benefit from innovative voice, video, collaboration and contact center solutions in the Cloud with deep in-region post-sales support. You will be responsible for delivering on monthly and quarterly sales targets for new recurring revenue. Targeting new logos from all verticals, your responsibility will be to successfully convert hot leads into sales and generate your own lucrative referral base using the richest referral programme in the market. In addition, you will get the opportunity to work with existing accounts and our channel partners, supporting their growth and success in selling 8x8 products.

Research new business target prospects marketplace
Develop solid, strategic relationships with key decisions makers
Implement a portfolio management and business development plan
Target on increasing revenue and a growing client base
Coordinate business efforts with the local marketing team
Qualify and convert appropriate leads into future accounts
Increase and continually promote brand protection services in the market
Identify opportunities for cross sell of products
Focus on increasing client revenue and identifying cross-selling opportunities
Experience in selling Contact Center Technology
Experience in selling Cloud IT Services or Telecommunications to companies
A motivated, commercially minded tech sales professional
Salesforce and/or CRM experience preferred
Possesses excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills
B2B Sales experience within the IT/telecom/Saas sales market
Previous outbound sales skills and experience, as well as call center experience would be highly desirable
Able to thrive in a high velocity and target driven sales environment
