We are looking to hire a Sales Enablement Manager to provide sales enablement to our sales teams. You will provide training and activities on tools, products, and processes in order to improve efficiency and success. This role will also be responsible for sales coaching of a CPaaS sales team. Coaching involves attending sales leadership meetings to diagnose and solve any consistent gaps in knowledge. It also involves meeting with each rep on the team quarterly to assess their individual abilities and assist with sales process challenges.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide sales enablement to internal sales employees
- Classroom management skills necessary
- Perform content updates or create new content for training modules (in conjunction with Marketing and Product)
- Create exercises in conjunction with training materials to solidify learnings
- Work inter-departmentally with Sales, SE’s, Carrier, Product and Legal to continually adapt to changing needs
- Understand basics of selling and the job of selling
- Must be technology literate, CPaaS/Telecom preferable
- Manage logistics, scheduling, and follow up for onboarding new sales employees
- Manage Analytics for all events/programs
- Assist with Quarterly Business Review and annual Sales Kick off planning/agenda/exercises/content/speakers
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 30% (mostly 1 -3 day trips)
- Comfortable presenting to all levels of sales (reps, managers, directors, VPs, etc..)
- High energy, positive, collaborative personality
- Responsive, self-motivated and action oriented
- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with an online Enablement Platform (LMS) usage
- Experience in sales, product, and process training in all formats: Live, Virtual, Recorded
- Experience in a quota-carrying sales position
- Experience in or Education in Course Development
