90 Seconds is looking for an Accountant to join our Global Finance team to primarily focus on audit & compliance while supporting other general accounting processes.
What You'll Love Doing
- Owning and driving the end to end statutory audit process
- Prepare Consolidated Financial Statements and accompanying notes to accounts
- Lead compliance process with external auditors to ensure timely reporting for annual audit as well as quarterly governance
- Preparation of annual tax returns for lodgment with authorities
- Assist Global accounting team to manage month-end reporting
- Updating company policies and manuals as timely changes/updates are required
- Support month-end and global finance team in managing tasks
- Ad-hoc projects and tasks as required to ensure Finance goals are achieved
Who You Are
- 3-5 years experience in general accounting, with the majority of your experience in audit, preferably from Big 4
- Must have experience managing statutory audit / external auditors
- Experience running Group consolidation is essential (more than 8 entities)
- Financial accounting related qualification is essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with customer service inclination
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Connects well with people - an excellent team player who is adept in working with all levels of the organization
- Already based and eligible to work in Singapore
