We’re seeking a dynamic Success Concierge Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences, combining strategic account management with production expertise.
This hybrid role prioritises enterprise account level success services such as; presenting our unique offering and product demonstrations to customers, strategic video consultations, productization, on-boarding, content planning and commercial positioning and negotiations.
Secondly, providing concierge-level production support (quoting, creator matching, and delivery) via our sophisticated pro video creation platform.
You’ll drive account growth while mastering the 90 Seconds platform, ensuring flawless execution across production operations, brand services, and strategic solutions.
What You'll Love Doing

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive account growth year over year.
- Deliver demos, onboarding, training, and platform education for seamless client adoption.
- Provide strategic video consultations, identifying content gaps and opportunities.
- Develop tailored content plans aligned with brand goals.
- Lead subscription renewal discussions, securing equal or increased value annually.
- Productize repeat services to meet ongoing client needs.
- Own the entire relationship of a set of small to medium accounts as Primary Brand Manager and Success Concierge, through contribution to the business booking numbers on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Manage video production projects end-to-end, from quoting to final delivery.
- Oversee creator matching, logistics, and production management.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery through platform processes.
- Act as the bridge between clients and creators for smooth project execution.
- Resolve project-related issues efficiently and professionally.
