The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for servicing, planning and managing expectations about BX projects that drive the business and deliver results. Be the centralizer of the connection points to ensure that the order meets the needs for brand building defined by the Marketing team.

The in-house agency is the creation team of 99, and the Strategic Account Manager's role is extremely important for building depth-focused and business-focused briefings. Together with the Head of this area, the professional has the challenge of turning requests into great opportunities to innovate and delivering great content attending or surpassing the expectation of the content developed.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Direct and follow the briefing and deadlines with the responsible areas;
To monitor the execution of the projects together with Project Manager, ensuring that deadlines and expectations are met;
Assist in strategic planning;
Perform constant relationship with clients cultivating and developing relationships, driving business and inventory growth providing exceptional clients support;
Participate in strategic meetings with clients and transfer it to the hole agency;
Know how to identify customer needs or anticipate them when possible;
Support proposals elaboration, present and refine jobs with the clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical with 5 years of experience in marketing;
Good planner with solid cases of insights generation;
Strategic and owner view;
Ensure customer satisfaction, managing, escalating, and/or orchestrating resources and deliver great content aligned with clients;
Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally and cross-regionally with management at all levels;
Effective communication and organizational skills;
Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.


DESIRABLE:

Graduation in Advertising, Communication, Marketing or related;
Experience with integrated campaigns on, off, out-of-home and BTL;
High knowledge of digital projects for technology partner management.
