This is a key appointment to Procurement leadership team. You will lead the sourcing and operation team and are expected to be able define the sourcing strategy based on business objectives, market and supplier analysis, and also responsible for the execution of these strategies, including day-to-day interaction with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure an uninterrupted supply of quality goods and services at optimum cost.
This role is expected with strong procurement skills and in-depth understanding of procurement commodities (IT, Marketing, Professional service, facility service, etc.), P2P processes and tools (sourcing, contracting, negotiation, etc.) and how these can be applied to ensure an effective controls environment.
Be responsible for the end to end Strategic Procurement Cycle to drive benefit via savings, cost reduction and improved risk management; through effective engagement with key business stakeholders and the supply base.

Skills and qualifications:
Successful, multi-year track record in leading international procurement teams or organizations in the product and services areas.
Ability to build a high performance team including recruiting and developing people.
Strategic thinker - can demonstrate thought leadershipLeadership and strong change management skills in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work cross functionally and lead multifunctional teams
Strong communication skills (orally and writing skills), cross group collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Procurement, supply chain or other related business degree
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Spanish and English Proficient.
