About the job:We are looking for people who are passionate about building robust, scalable, real-time and distributed systems. We want people who have ownership and do not settle for anything that is not incredible!You will part of a distributed cross-functional team to achieve the company's goals. This position requires both strong multi-disciplinar technical and communication skills and the ability to be comfortable to handle with uncertainties.Our team is responsible for maintaining and develop new features for the Safety To drivers and passengers in our platform. We are constantly working to improve, recreate, and innovate our technologies, aiming for a more resilient and reliable experience for our customers.

Your Responsibilities: You will be responsible for supporting our drivers and passengers, whose main activity is the attendance to emergencies and occurrences, always focusing on the well being of the users. Acting in the co-creation of sustainable processes to mitigate crises and implement preventive mechanisms.
Atendance Telephone / e-mail / social networking services to emergencies and occurrences;Ensuring the safety of drivers and passengers;Collect data and information pertinent to the company's business or that may impact the security processes;Analysis of races identifying vulnerabilities in the process;Record and analysis of incidents;Daily reporting coordination;Suggest and contribute with improvements in the service / monitoring process.

Working method: Scale 12 x 36 (Day, 7AM:7PM)

Requisites:Higher education;Investigative profile;Experience in attendance to occurrences and / or investigations;Excellent capacity for argumentation, persuasion and negotiation;Analytical, dynamic, organized and resilient;Good interpersonal relationship;High emotional intelligence.
