As an Assistant Site Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the product strategy and growth of the Amiri Digital Flagship. You will collaborate closely with the Site Merchandiser and merchandising team to ensure product assortment is presented accurately and aligned with business strategy. Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving innovation to create a frictionless digital journey and meet financial goals, all while maintaining alignment with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Site Merchandiser and merchandising team to shape seasonal and core product assortment.
    • Create an exemplary site experience using customer and behavioral insights to drive engagement and enhance the client shopping experience.
    • Support the Site Merchandiser in visual merchandising and site functionality to ensure a seamless navigation and search experience.
    • Analyze sales and site metrics to identify opportunities for increasing sell-through, page views, and conversion.
    • Partner with internal teams to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practices.
    • Assist the Site Merchandiser on ecommerce photoshoots to ensure high-quality product presentation on the website.
    • Support the E-Commerce team's overall business and sales strategy by owning key merchandise tasks, improvement projects, and collaborating with the Site Merchandiser to execute an impactful, luxury online shopping experience.

Requirements:

    • 2-4 years of relevant experience in merchandising, ecommerce, fashion, or a related field.
    • Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Product Development, Business or related field.
    • Background in Apparel Industry; Luxury preferred, fashion retail experience is a plus.
    • Proficiency in Shopify Plus, ERP systems, and other website software is desirable such as Netsuite, FullCircle.
    • Strong analytical skills and understanding of digital retail metrics.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate across teams.
    • Adaptive learner who can react quickly and efficiently to changing priorities.
    • Experience utilizing digital tools and strategies to enhance the online retail experience is advantageous.
    • Effective time management skills, successful at prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
    • Adaptable and aedept at multitasking efficiently.
    • Agile team player who can support the E-Commerce team's overall business and sales strategy.
