AMIRI is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Wholesale Manager with a strong background in womenswear to oversee and drive our wholesale operations. This role requires a highly organized, proactive individual with a deep understanding of the womenswear market, a passion for fashion, and the ability to build and maintain successful relationships with retail partners. The Sr. Wholesale Manager will play a key role in expanding the brand’s footprint and ensuring consistent sales growth.

    • Sales Strategy & Account Management:
    • Develop and implement wholesale sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Manage a portfolio of existing retail accounts, ensuring strong relationships and consistent sales performance.
    • Identify and acquire new wholesale accounts to expand market presence.

    • Market Expertise in Womenswear:
    • Stay abreast of trends, consumer preferences, and competitors in the womenswear sector.
    • Provide insights to the design and merchandising teams to align product offerings with market demands.
    • Ensure collections resonate with target wholesale buyers and retail customers.

    • Account Development & Growth:
    • Conduct seasonal showroom appointments and presentations to buyers.
    • Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with retail partners.
    • Analyze account performance and provide recommendations to optimize sales and product placement.

    • Operations & Logistics Coordination:
    • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
    • Oversee order management, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contractual agreements.
    • Address and resolve any issues related to inventory, delivery, or returns.

    • Team Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align brand positioning and support wholesale campaigns.
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior leadership.
    • Mentor and guide junior team members in wholesale operations.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    • 5+ years of wholesale sales experience (with a minimum of 2 years in womenswear).
    • Established network of buyers and contacts within the industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of the luxury market, including trends, pricing, and consumer behavior.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Proficient in sales reporting tools and CRM systems.
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
