As the Communications Manager for Europe, you will play a pivotal role in executing the PR and communications strategy for the region. Reporting directly to the Director of Communications, Europe, you will be responsible for implementing and tracking diverse local activations, building strong press relations, managing VIP engagement programs, and overseeing day-to-day PR activities. Your efforts will contribute to enhancing brand visibility, maintaining brand consistency, and driving engagement across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Director of Communications to execute the PR and communications strategy for Europe. Ensure alignment with global brand initiatives while tailoring approaches to local markets.
    • Develop and nurture relationships with local and selected market press outlets. Efficiently distribute press materials to maximize editorial coverage. Coordinate closely with the HQ brand and communications office to maintain brand consistency globally.
    • Develop and execute a VIP engagement strategy tailored to local markets. Manage relationships with celebrity stylists and teams, organizing dedicated appointments and activations in key global cities.
    • Lead event-related talent strategy, including identifying target talent, outreach, and logistical support. Coordinate talent logistics leading up to event dates.
    • Oversee all aspects of day-to-day PR activities, including working with regional PR agencies and spokespeople, managing coverage tracking, pitching press inquiries, VIP seeding, and maintaining updated media and VIP lists.
    • Coordinate show productions, consumer-driven events, and press events such as store openings, product launches, exhibitions, and press days presentations.

Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Fashion PR agency or within a fashion brand with an established network of influencers and press contacts.
    • Prior experience in show production and coordination.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • In-depth understanding of fashion branding, digital PR, and communications.
    • Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
