Responsibilities

    • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the CEO and COO 
    • Support all aspects of daily work routine
    • Maintain calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs
    • Prepare supporting documents and presentations for business discussions if required
    • Processing of expense claims and reports
    • Meeting minutes during internal meetings and follow-up with relevant parties for the next course of action
    • Handles personal tasks for the CEO and COO and their family 
    • Miscellaneous tasks to support the administrative operations of the company from different departments

Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field
    • Minimum 2 years experience in secretarial and administrative field
    • Good spoken and written in English and Mandarin 
    • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, and effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
    • Good analytical, coordination, accurate, meticulous, ability to multi-tasking, strong listening, and follow-up skills
    • This is an onsite position - based in Singapore
