About the Role:
As a Manager of Reporting & Data Analytics for Accompany Health, you will be and essential early member of our growing team. In this role, you will:
-Master diverse healthcare data sources including claims, digital engagement, member utilization, operations, provider quality, market benchmarks, and social determinants of health.
-Collaborate across Product, Sales, Clinical Teams to transform healthcare delivery through data-driven insights.
--Drive healthcare innovation by building products that integrate fragmented services into seamless end-to-end experiences.
Shape our technology foundation with architecture that balances immediate agility needs while positioning us for long-term scalability.
Responsibilities will include:
- Define our microservices and DevOps architecture to support both short-term needs and long-term evolution
- Work with modern technologies including Databricks, AWS and Tableau
- Develop ETL processes across various systems and data sources, managing data cleaning requirements
- Transform data into actionable insights that drive decision-making for product and engineering teams
- Create intuitive metrics in visualization tools (Tableau/Looker) that illuminate product behavior
- Design and build high-performance dashboards for internal and external partners
- Establish data models in Tableau to support reporting needs
- Write SQL to analyze cross-system datasets and implement necessary transformations
- Develop expertise in healthcare datasets
- Work with DevOps to administer reporting visualization platforms
Desired skills and experience:
- Required
- 3+ years experience managing and developing data analytics teams
- Hands-on experience with Spark/GLUE/Tableau
- Familiarity with Kimball, OLAP, and EDW data design methodologies
- Ability to learn new datasets and understand the systems that generate them
- Skilled at balancing perfect versus pragmatic “good enough” solutions
- Experience with GitHub and version control systems
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Mission-drive approach with strong communication skills and executive presence
- A self-starter with the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Spark (Pyspark or Scala) or Python to analyze large datasets
- Familiarity with ETL development, Airflow, or AWS
Preferred
$185,000 - $200,000 a year
The base salary range for this full-time position is $185,000-$200,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
