We are seeking a motivated IT Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced technology environment. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced IT professionals, troubleshoot technical issues, support end-users, and contribute to various IT projects. As an IT Intern, you will assist in:
Maintaining hardware and software
Managing IT support tickets
Ensuring the smooth operation of our systems

Responsibilities will include:

    • Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
    • Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related inquiries.I
    • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripheralsSupport IT security initiatives, including system updates and antivirus monitoring
    • Assist with setting up and managing user accounts, access permissions, and IT assetsHelp document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurationsParticipate in IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementationsConduct routine system checks and report any issues to the IT teamAssist with inventory management of IT equipment and suppliesStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in IT support

Desired skills and experience:

    • Required experience
    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
    • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (macOS, Chromebook preferred)
    • Familiarity with troubleshooting common IT issues, including network connectivity, printers, and system errors
    • Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other enterprise tools is a plusStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills to assist non-technical users
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing IT needs
    • Preferred experience
    • Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, VPNs, routers, and firewalls) is preferred
    • 3-4 days in Denver office
$30 - $35 an hour
The hourly rate for this position is $30-35 per hour.  Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.  The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires for the position.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.  Our talent team can share more about the specific range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
