We are seeking an experienced QA senior to join our client's team. The ideal candidate is proactive, flexible, and has strong experience working with diverse near and off-shore teams and US-based clients.
Key responsibilities
• Develop client testing across manual, automated, and data testing efforts.
• Define and execute test strategies, plans, and CI/CD integration.
• Design and validate data testing using synthetic datasets.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and US stakeholders to ensure quality across releases.
• Track quality metrics, report risks, and drive continuous improvement.
Hard Skills:
- Strong experience in QA (manual and automation).
- Hands‑on experience with data testing and synthetic data generation/validation.
- Comfortable working with remote/diverse teams and US clients.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, initiative, and problem‑solving skills.
It's a plus:
- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and test reporting.
- Background in SaaS
