Our agile centralized development teams powered by our on-site senior leadership allow us to work with you as a stand-alone group be it integrating into your in-house dev teams or providing external architectural guidance.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administration Intern to support our Accounting and Administrative team. This role is designed for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in administrative and financial processes. The intern will assist in maintaining accurate records, supporting payment processes, and helping with daily office tasks while learning fundamental accounting workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with processing vendor invoices: organizing, renaming, uploading to the system, and filing documentation.
- Support payment order preparation and vendor communication.
- Assist with recording financial transactions in accounting systems such as Flexxus and NetSuite (training provided).
- Help verify and organize tax and labor documentation.
- Collaborate in account reconciliations under the guidance of senior staff.
- Support the preparation and submission of reports and documentation for internal and external use.
- Assist with document management: renaming, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide general administrative support to the Accounting and Administrative teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Willingness to learn and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Comfortable working as part of a team.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
