We have significant momentum in market and ambitious product development goals to modernize the $10 trillion global real estate investment industry.
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. In this role you will play a vital role in shaping Altrio's Data and Research team and have abundant opportunities for learning and career advancement.
What you'll be doing
- Analyze, interpret and extract data from financial models (Excel and Argus), Offering Memorandums and/or any other documents
- Collect, normalize, validate and structure incoming data
- Work with the product and engineering team to onboard third-party data providers
- Support the Customer Success team with data migration when onboarding new clients
- Conduct secondary research and update a proprietary database using various sources that include: news articles, press releases, internet research, surveys and/or direct discussions with service providers
- Ad-hoc data and research projects
What we're looking for
- Comprehensive understand of commercial real estate fundamentals
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency with Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, relatively unstructured environment
- Commercial real estate brokerage experience is an asset
- Great communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Data visualization knowledge and skills (Tableau, PowerBi, Python) preferred
