What you'll do

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans
    • Manage customer relationships; Growing existing accounts
    • Work closely with the senior management team to ensure that all stakeholders are informed regarding the progress of the sales team
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities
    • Document the sales process and close them successfully
    • Ensure that all business development activities are being followed and executed within a timely manner
    • Provide support to the sales team on all aspects of the sales process
    • Create proposals and presentation materials

What you'll bring

    • 2+ years of experience related post-sales function or customer engagement role
    • Experience working with complex B2B SaaS solutions
    • Experience in customer relationship management
    • Ability to overcome objections and manage time effectively
    • High degree of ownership, paired with a strong ability to prioritize
    • Communicate with a broad range of stakeholders, CEO/CTOs, product, and engineering
    • Ability to solve novel problems with scrappy solutions
    • Technical aptitude to build credibility with and act as an advisor to CTOs/CPOs in matters of data, pricing, and billing
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills
