This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone who is eager, energetic, and excited about making a difference. No prior experience is required—we'll provide all the training and support you need to thrive in this role. 

This is a part-time role, on-site in Tel Aviv.


    • Office Operations: Ensure the smooth running of daily office activities, including managing supplies, coordinating with vendors, keeping track of expenses, payroll preparation, and maintaining a tidy and organized workspace. 
    • Support Team Members: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence. 
    • Welcoming Guests: Be the friendly face that greets visitors and ensures they have a positive experience when they visit our office. 
    • Event Coordination: Help organize company events and team-building activities to keep our work environment fun and engaging.  
    • Service-Oriented Tasks: Provide exceptional support to our people (mainly to our leadership team), addressing their needs and ensuring a productive work atmosphere.
