About this role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist who will join our Sales & Revenue Team and work with us creating the best digital media service in Turkey and beyond.

Requirements

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills,
    • Ability to adapt to and engage with different customers,
    • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
    • Strong networking abilities and following events from different sectors for participating if necessary
    • Experience with using Hubspot and Airtable is a plus,
    • Motivation in closing B2B deals,
    • Ability to analyze business opportunities,
    • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, engineering or other relevant fields that demonstrates a deep understanding of how business and marketing functions,
    • High problem solving skills including crisis management,
    • Being a native Turkish speaker.

Responsibilities

    • Responding to sponsorship inquiries via e-mail, phone-calls and video conferences Managing, creating and planning sponsorship offers, 
    • Designing sponsored partnership projects with possible clients Connecting the advertorial team and the client for post-sales processes, 
    • Providing communication support for the advertorial team, 
    • Reporting sponsored content stats to clients when asked for,
    • Managing sponsorship calendar, sponsors network and billing process, 
    • Recommunicating with previous clients by quarterly updates, 
    • Submitting weekly reports to sales team in sales meetings,  
    • Organizing quarterly pricing meetings,  
    • Keeping track of unresponded offers and recontacting customer  Writing out the sponsorship agreement when needed, 
    • Collecting invoices with follow-up e-mails.
