We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is dedicated to supporting and guiding the HR leaders, with a specific focus on HR transactions related to data maintenance in Workday and HR data reporting.

Possible Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining the HR Team tickets in SolarWinds which includes answering and then updating Workday accordingly. 
    • Approving workflow in Workday 
    • Maintaining a spreadsheet for the finance team weekly of all new hires and their attributes 
    • Data maintenance which includes: 
    • Running weekly reports to address inconsistencies in Workday. 
    • Working with IT daily to address data issues that are not syncing to other applications correctly and cleaning up old data 
    • Various daily requests to update Workday that do not come through the ticket system and come directly to HR Director.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
    • Highly proficient in using MS Excel (a must)
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Preferably, candidates should have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
