Join Aprio PH’s Growth team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio, LLP is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Public Relations Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
This role requires a uniquely skilled communicator with a detailed editorial eye, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of how to shape and amplify a brand’s voice across earned and owned channels. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in writing high-impact press releases, tracking and interpreting media coverage, and crafting compelling award and rankings submissions that elevate brand awareness. Beyond traditional PR, this individual must also be adept at managing and enhancing the firm’s reputation on platforms like Glassdoor and Google Business. This role requires precision, creativity, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging narratives that resonate with both media and the market – including clients, prospects and others.
Position Responsibilities:
- Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and executive bios.
- Support the development of award and ranking submissions, including gathering content, coordinating with stakeholders, and tracking deadlines.
- Maintain and update media lists, editorial calendars, and PR trackers.
- Monitor media coverage and compile regular reports on PR performance and sentiment.
- Assist in planning and executing media events, interviews, and speaking engagements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Contribute to social media content and storytelling aligned with PR goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong writing and editing skills, must know AP style
- Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills
- Familiar with media monitoring tools (e.g., Meltwater) and PR Software.
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Collaborative and passionate about brand storytelling
- Experience in professional services is preferred
- Amenable to a Hybrid Set up (2 days onsite, 3 days work from home)
- Night shift role; open to shifting schedule based on business/client needs.
