Join Aprio's Growth team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities.  Aprio Advisory Group, LLC is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Business Development Representative to join their dynamic team. 

The Business Development Representative is responsible for executing in-bound and out-bound lead generation campaigns to support the firm’s organic growth strategies. This role is key to driving new client acquisition and reaching revenue growth goals. This role fills a fundamental role by actively qualifying in-bound leads, overseeing the conversion of inbound leads and the development of new business opportunities. The BDR will be responsible for meeting quota for weekly sales activity metrics and an overall sales goal related to in-bound and out-bound campaigns. Ideally this person comes from a complex matrixed organization that provides multiple services to various types of buyers.

Responsibilities:

    • Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
    • Respond to inbound inquiries and assess potential opportunities.
    • Conduct research on target accounts and industries to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers.
    • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects
    • Maintain and update CRM records (e.g. HubSpot) with accurate and timely information.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams and Ecosystem partners to develop and refine outreach strategies.
    • Track and report on KPIs such as number of calls/emails, leads generated, and conversion rates.
    • Continuously build expertise in Aprio’s products, services, and industry landscape to effectively engage prospects and identify opportunities.
    • Rapidly develop a deep understanding of Intuit’s product suite, value propositions, and target customer needs to effectively position solutions and drive meaningful client conversations.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
    • 1+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role preferred
    • Experience in B2B sales or SaaS environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Self-starter with a proactive and persistent attitude
    • Comfortable using CRM software and sales engagement tools
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
