Join Aprio's Growth team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities.  Aprio, LLP is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Hubspot Specialist to join their dynamic team. 

The HubSpot Specialist – Knowledge Base is responsible for developing documentation for the internal knowledge base as a primary responsibility and providing excellent user support to HubSpot users through the Aprio Support Hub. This includes responding to user inquiries via phone, email, chat, and video, as well as maintaining and updating Aprio’s HubSpot knowledge base. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with HubSpot and a passion for helping others.

Position Responsibilities:

    • Identify trending issues and develop documentation/guides for end-users.
    • Maintain and update the Aprio HubSpot knowledge base.
    • Respond to user inquiries in a timely and helpful manner.
    • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
    • Work with other members of the HubSpot team to improve the user experience, overall support, and user training.

Qualifications:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • 3+ years of experience in user support within marketing automation and CRM technologies.
    • Strong understanding of HubSpot.
    • Experience with creating and maintaining documentation for a knowledge base.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Experience with standard helpdesk procedures and tools (i.e., Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Passion for helping others.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience writing documentation.
    • Experience working within an Agile process.
    • Experience with other marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce Pardot or Marketo.
