In this role, you’ll do more than keep timelines moving—you’ll lead teams, communicate with technical and business stakeholders, and contribute to product development and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

    • Build strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact for project delivery and satisfaction
    • Own the end-to-end project lifecycle—from planning to execution—while ensuring timeliness, quality, and alignment across teams
    • Lead internal and external teams, ensuring consistent progress and proactive updates to all stakeholders
    • Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, cybersecurity security consultants, and sales to ensure cohesive technical delivery
    • Act as the primary technical liaison for retail or brand clients—translating technical details into business context
    • Drive internal communication and cross-functional collaboration
    • Contribute to product development and R&D efforts, providing feedback that enhances future offerings
    • Identify risks and areas for improvement—and drive solutions to improve delivery and client satisfaction
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and reporting protocols
    • Apply cybersecurity and data best practices to support secure and compliant project outcomes

What You'll Bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
    • 5+ years of experience working within IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and/or technical delivery teams
    • Proven project management experience, especially in environments that intersect with cybersecurity, compliance, or SaaS delivery
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills
    • Experience working across cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, product, development)
    • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud services, compliance, and data security principles
    • Familiarity with enterprise project implementation
    • PMP certification preferred
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet for tracking, reporting, and organizing deliverables

Why This Role Stands Out:

    • Shape the future of cybersecurity delivery in a growing, agile team
    • Get the best of both worlds: technical engagement + strategic leadership
    • Work with cutting-edge teams in product, development, and engineering
    • Be a part of an organization that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
    • Enjoy flexibility, autonomy, and room to grow in a high-impact role
