Join Aprio's Cybersecurity team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst to join their dynamic team. 

Position Responsibilities:

    • Assist in development, implementation, and maintenance of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks and policies.
    •  Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.
    •  Collaborate with internal departments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    •  Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends, assessing their impact on the organization.
    •  Provide expert advice and recommendations to senior management on risk and compliance matters.
    •  Prepare detailed reports and documentation on compliance status and risk exposure.
    •  Assist in training and awareness programs to employees on governance, risk, and compliance topics.

Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field.
    •  Minimum of 5 years of experience in governance, risk management, and compliance roles.
    •  Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, SOX, ISO 27001).
    •  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    •  Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
    •  Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or similar are highly desirable.
    •  Experience conducting audits and assessments, and developing compliance documentation.
