About Arcade
Arcade is building the world’s first AI physical product creation platform, where imagination becomes reality. Our platform lets anyone design, purchase, and sell custom, manufacturable products using natural language and generative AI. We believe everyone should have the power to create physical goods as easily as they post online, and we’re building the infrastructure to make that real.
We’ve raised $42M from a world-class group of investors, including Reid Hoffman, Forerunner Ventures (Kirsten Green), Canaan Partners (Laura Chau), Adverb Ventures (April Underwood), Factorial Funds (Sol Bier), Offline Ventures (Brit Morin), Sound Ventures (Ashton Kutcher), Inspired Capital (Alexa von Tobel), and Torch Capital (Jonathan Keidan). Our angel investors include Elad Gil, Ev Williams, Marissa Mayer, Sara Beykpour, Kayvon Beykpour, Anna Veronika Dorogush, Eugenia Kuyda, David Luan, Sharon Zhou, Kelly Wearstler, Karlie Kloss, Colin Kaepernick, Christy Turlington Burns, and Jeff Wilke.
Arcade is headquartered in San Francisco’s Presidio and led by serial entrepreneur Mariam Naficy (Minted, Eve), and a founding team with deep experience in generative AI, design systems, and supply chain. We’re pioneering a new category at the intersection of AI, personal expression, and on-demand manufacturing, and we’re building fast.
Role Summary
Note: must be able to start by Fall 2025.
Founders and future founders: the Office of the CEO, Founder Associate role at Arcade is a special one-of-a-kind high-leverage, high-velocity opportunity at the heart of Arcade’s company-building engine. You’ll work directly with our founder and CEO to tackle the company’s highest-priority strategic and operational challenges, from product to growth to fundraising. You’ll have a front-row seat and real ownership over the systems, experiments, and tools that power our next stage. This is the role for an entrepreneur, someone obsessed with solving messy problems, moving fast, and building things that work. You'll be embedded in the most critical decisions across the company and be expected to execute like a founder: no hand-holding, no red tape, just bias for action and clarity of thought. You’ll play a foundational role in helping Arcade invent a new paradigm for how physical products are imagined, designed, and bought. This is your chance to help define the future of commerce at the intersection of frontier AI and consumer experience for years to come.
What You'll Do
- Lead and own cross-functional initiatives across product, growth, internal systems, and company strategy
- Design and build internal tools, scripts, dashboards, and automations that increase team velocity
- Partner with the CEO on strategic projects, product roadmap design, fundraising prep, investor memos, and board materials
- Unblock internal bottlenecks, from recruiting to execution, with fast, scrappy systems and scalable solutions
- Drive Arcade’s operating cadence: team meetings, internal comms, company-wide goal setting, and tracking
- Research best-in-class consumer experiences, AI trends, and competitor moves, and synthesize them into action
- Prototype workflows, tools, and dashboards using Python, SQL, Notion, Zapier, Clay, Linear, Airtable, etc
- Shape the foundation of a new kind of e-commerce company built on AI and creative ownership
What We're Looking For
- A technical generalist and visionary with strong product taste and a bias for action
- Someone who thrives in high-context, high-speed environments and wants to operate across product, systems, people, and ops
- A proactive and strategic communicator who can distill complexity for leadership and teammates
- A curious and humble operator who values craftsmanship, velocity, and real-world impact
- A hands-on builder with founder energy and execution muscle
What You Bring
- Must be able to start sometime very soon: preferably by Fall 2025
- A product-minded, systems-oriented brain with exceptional execution
- Experience sourcing, customizing, or building internal or cross-functional tools
- Fluency in Python or SQL for analytics and tool-building
- Ability to ship fast using APIs and automation platforms (Zapier, Clay, Notion, etc.)
- Strong writing and communication across functions
- Track record of owning outcomes, not just participating in them
- Bonus: prior founder, early-stage PM or engineer, startup operator, or investor
