About the role…
At Archive, we’re building the future of branded resale—and the challenges are as exciting as they are complex. Reporting to our CTO, this Product Manager role will work to design consumer-facing experiences while also developing powerful tools for enterprise brands and logistics partners. With a rapidly growing customer base spanning new industries and geographies, you’ll tackle problems that are never one-size-fits-all and rarely the same twice. You’ll be working alongside a highly talented, product-oriented engineering team that values collaboration and creative thinking over heavy documentation or rigid processes. Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product verticals, from need-finding, requirements gathering and scoping all the way through to driving execution, successful delivery and measuring impact.
- Drive product initiatives across our business; covering a wide variety of domains including E-commerce, business administration, data and reporting, 3rd party integrations, warehouse management, and more.
- Scope and lead feature development and roll-outs through excellent cross-functional collaboration, testing, communication, and post-launch monitoring.
- Train client and brand-facing teams on product capabilities, tools, and customization options, empowering them to effectively address brand needs and navigate system limitations.
- Make hard trade-offs to prioritize features by staying actively engaged with resourcing, engineering planning, roadmapping, and the brand portfolio to prioritize the most critical features for our business.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of product experience and have worked in a growing startup.
- Ability to navigate dynamic, fast-paced environments and context-switch with ease. You advocate for your products and projects, but are also able to adjust as priorities change.
- Proven track record of working with engineering teams and understanding complex technical concepts. Able to paint a higher-level product vision for engineers, but also able to get into the details and be a strong execution partner.
- Ability to understand diverse client needs and synthesize them into a scalable yet customizable platform capabilities and features.
- Capable of deeply understand the nuances of a multi-faceted platform, how it works, and all the ways it can be configured and customized for customers.
- Highly analytical in your approach, capable of handling nuances and requirement details while also thinking broadly and strategically.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a propensity for translating complex ideas and projects into clear and concise visions for products you own.

$157,000 - $212,000 a year
Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but aren’t limited to) role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible for equity as well, and all employees are eligible for a full benefits package including employee and dependent healthcare and 401(k) enrollment. Our team of over 50 employees is currently remote-first, with an office in NYC and optional in-person work for those located in the area. We have company offsites twice a year to bring the full team together in person, and occasional travel is expected as part of the job.
