We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on managing our project order backlog, analyzing current customer change orders, assessing our new customer pipeline for accurate forecasting, and performing other critical business analysis tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing our operational efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

    • New Customer Pipeline Analysis: Evaluate the new customer pipeline to support accurate sales forecasting and resource allocation.
    • Project Order Backlog Management: Monitor and analyze the project order backlog to ensure timely execution and identify any potential delays or issues.
    • Customer Change Orders: Analyze and manage current customer change orders, assessing their impact on project timelines and costs.
    • Forecasting and Reporting: Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict business trends and performance. Generate regular reports for senior management on business metrics.
    • Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify areas for improvement. Propose and implement solutions to enhance business processes and efficiency.
    • Market Research: Research market trends across the competitive landscape and develop dashboard to track events and implications to our business.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with various departments, including business development, commercial operations, project management, finance, and operations, to gather information and align on the revenue forecast.
    • Cultivate and foster trusting relationships with business partners through frequent face-to-face interactions.
    • Identify opportunities for simplification and automation of processes.
    • Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and use cases for solution design.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role, preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
