Job Purpose
Since its official release in October 2019, Autify has been widely used by numerous clients, and our client base continues to grow globally. Except for Japan, we’ve been focusing on the US and Europe, and as the next move, we are now expanding our footprint to South Korea with local partners.

To dominate South Korea in the way we did in Japan, we are hiring a Head of Korea who is in charge of partnership development, reporting directly to the CEO. You will play a critical role in establishing Autify’s presence and operations in South Korea. Our primary focus will be to launch and manage our partnerships in South Korea and drive revenue growth in the market. This role requires a deep understanding of the South Korean business landscape and a proven track record in its software industry.

Responsibilities

    • Build a budget and GTM strategy to achieve the target revenue in the South Korean market.
    • Execute GTM strategy including partnership, sales, marketing, customer support, and anything necessary to drive revenue.
    • Build and improve GTM operations in South Korea.
    • Build and manage relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and customers in South Korea.
    • Design and provide training to partners to maximize their services to the end customers.
    • Collect burning needs of Korean customers and collaborate with the product team to build solutions to solve them.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine strategies.

Required Qualifications

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or sales in the South Korean B2B software industry.
    • Experience in partner sales and partner enablement in the Korean market for IT services (preferably SaaS services)
    • Strong understanding of the South Korean business culture and its market.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to establish and grow business operations in South Korea.
    • Understanding of the agile software development process and how software QA is positioned in the cycle.
    • Native or equivalent in Korean language.
    • Business-level fluency in English.

Nice-to-Have

    • Experience in selling a software developer tool.
    • Experience in enterprise sales of IT services in Korea
    • Business-level fluency in Japanese.
