Autify, Inc. is a start-up company founded in San Francisco by a team of engineers who were the first Japanese team to graduate from the top US accelerator, Alchemist Accelerator. With the mission to increase creativity with the power of tech, we develop and provide Autify, an AI-powered software testing automation platform. 

Since 2019, we’ve been providing our AI-powered nocode test automation product and have grown the team to 100+. Our next move is to double down on GenAI. As we have been investing in AI and helping customers’ software quality since 2019, we know how to best utilize GenAI in software QA. With that, we have recently launched our new product, Zenes, a GenAI agent for software quality assurance.

| About This Role

Job Purpose
To accelerate the GTM for the new product and our next company strategy, we are hiring a senior marketing leader to build and execute the entire marketing strategy for the US. This position is the first marketing hire in the US and reports directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities

    • Strategy Development: Craft and execute a robust marketing strategy for the US market, with a focus on driving awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition.
    • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital ads, content, email, and events, to acquire leads effeciently and scallably.
    • Content Creation and SEO: Develop and oversee the creation of compelling marketing content that increase our brand awareness, our customer engagement and organic website traffic, including case studies, white papers, blog posts, webinars, and social media.
    • ROI Analysis: Always think about what gives us the biggest return. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize plans and drive continuous improvement.
    • Team Collaboration and Building: Collaborate with our Japan marketing team to understand the best practice and leverage the resource. Also, as the first marketing hire in the US, you will have the potential to build and lead a marketing team as the company scales.

Required Qualifications

    • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful marketing strategies in the enterprise software space.
    • Proven expertise in SEO, with experience in monitoring SEO tools and building contents to improve organic traffic.
    • Strong experience in digital ads campaign management in multiple different channels with improving CPL and its lead quality.
    • Demonstrated ability to focus on return on investment, with a history of optimizing marketing strategies to achieve measurable business outcomes.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to execute large marketing projects by involving multiple people, manage their tasks, check the progress periodically, and deliver the outcome on time and within budget.
    • Excellent communication skills that enables smooth collaboration with other team members and craft compelling narratives to our audiences.

Preferred

    • Experience in marketing for software developer tools by leveraging software developer community.
    • Understanding of software development lifecycle and how quality assurance play its role.
    • Having a design background is a plus.
$150,000 - $250,000 a year
