Job description

You will be responsible for the sales and technical implementation support of software test automation platform powered by AI, Autify.

Pre-sales consulting
・Hearing customer use cases and promoting the proposal and introduction of automation methods
・Analyze customer test cases and design automated test scenarios
・Hands-on training on product utilization for customers

Technical account management
・Support for solving technical problems of customers
・Investigate the cause of fundamental problems related to our products
・Support for failure of cloud platform in cooperation with development team and isolation of defects

Product management
・Hearing customer needs and promoting new function development in collaboration with development team
・Planning development team and product roadmap

Create product documentation
・Create and improve release notes
・FAQ creation and improvement

Required

・Experience in technical proposal that captures customer needs
・Website development experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
・Basic knowledge of software testing

Preferred

・Experience selling products for engineers
・JQTSB hold
・Experience with E2E test automation with Selenium and Appium
・Development management using Scrum
・English (Business level)
