In fact, 92% globally use agile development, and 71% of them want to release more than once a week. In such a cycle, manual testing is too time-consuming, so it is imperative to move to automation. | Background

Autify, Inc. has been successfully growing in Japan since its official launch in October 2019 and now is the time to accelerate the growth all over the world. We are looking for a highly motivated professional who wants to contribute their skills in a fast-growing early-stage startup and take on a wide range of ownership of our global success. You will be responsible for the whole sales process from lead generation to closing in the English speaking market. This is a fully remote work position, based in US time zones.

| Job description

・Increase inbound/outbound leads by any necessary methodologies including but not limited to content marketing, email cold outreach, and phone calls.
・Arrange sales meetings with prospects to understand and clarify their burning needs using product demo, and explain how our products and services solve them.
・Close new deals and maximize contract value of existing customers to exceed our target goals.
・Build a strategy to effectively generate leads and close deals by analyzing our sales and marketing activities and identifying the right segments.
・Work closely with our teams in Japan to reinforce the product together.
・Improve the general sales deck and write a dedicated proposal to larger clients.
・Write any necessary content including news releases and blogs.

| Required

・5+ years of sales experience, with a track record of successfully closing new customers and experience of selling in the B2B SaaS space.
・Ability to proactively define sales processes from scratch and identify the lever to scale the model.
・Excellent communication skills to draw out the needs of customers, propose them with appropriate solutions and build good relationships.
・Team-first player, meaning you enjoy helping others succeed (both clients and co-workers) and can rally people towards a shared goal.
・Motivated to always set higher goals, enjoy the challenges, and achieve them consistently.
・Understanding of software development process and quality assurance.
・Native English speaker or equivalent.
