| Background

"Autify" currently has more than 200 existing customers and various technical inquiries are increasing. For now, one engineer has performed both test automation and technical support, but in order to further grow the product and expand the engineering organization, we are looking for a new technical support engineer who can carry out a specialized investigation and respond to technical inquiries and troubles that occur in a specific environment. 

| Job description

・Investigate and respond to technical inquiries from users or customer success teams
・Investigate specific issues occurred in particular environment (website, browser, etc.)
・Develop functions and improve stability based on the results of the above inquiries and investigation

| Required

・Experience in developing web application especially frontend
・Experience in building scripts for unit test and integration test using framework
・Japanese test N2 or higher for non-native Japanese speaker
・TOEIC 600 points or higher for non-native English speaker

| Preferred

・Experience in proposing solutions to customers
・Experience in technical support of B2B SaaS or software products
・Experience in E2E test automation using Selenium and Appium
・Experience in QA process and test design
・Development experience using scrum
・ISTQB/JSTQB Hold

Employment Status
・Full-time employee
・Probation period: 3 months after joining the company (Same conditions as official employment)

Work Location

Working Hours
・Full flextime system (no core time or flexible time)

Salary
・Annual salary, 1/3 of annual salary paid monthly
・Decision will be made according to skill, experience and ability
・Review twice a year (July and December)
