Location: Remote (Able to work in PST, MST, CST)
Comp: $12.00-$15.00/hr depending on experience
Employment Type: Independent Contractor

The Recruiting Coordinator
We work in teams that are comprised of experts in their part of the hiring process. The Recruiting Coordinator is often referred to as the 'glue' within our dedicated recruiting teams. You will act as the Recruiter's “right hand,” taking extreme ownership over the communication, documentation, and process execution aspects during recruiting sprints.

You may be the ideal candidate if you have...
- 2+ Years of professional experience that includes supporting a team, an executive, or recruitment that are heavily data-driven
- Experience using tools like Process Street, Slack, Google Workplace, Zoom, etc.
- Tech-savvy or Tech Savant
- Experience in working in a fully remote work environment
- You are great at following a system but ok with being flexible if things change on a dime, as they will from time to time
- Previous experience using at least one ATS platform, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly
- Basic understanding and/or interest in Startup markets
