Comp range: $65,000 - $85,000 DOE

Responsibilities / Outcomes:
Support the Manager of Operations, the Directors, and the entire Three Bridge team
Deliver superior client service
Perform a wide array of tasks related to operations (account opening and maintenance, sending and tracking multiple wire transfers, confirming distributions, confirming data/input data on various applications)
Assist clients with questions and requests related to their accounts
Manage team inbox: ensuring investment data has been received in our reporting software; troubleshooting with vendors and partners
Assist in onboarding new clients: preparing presentations, requesting client data, data input to our CRM, preparing detailed applications
Ad-hoc projects

Required experience:
1-2 years in an operations support, administrative, or EA role
Flawless written and verbal English
Bachelor’s Degree (at minimum)
Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and MAC

Beneficial experience:
6 months to 2 years experience in financial services preferred but not required

Core competencies / hard skills:
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
Meticulous, analytical, and resourceful
Team player who welcomes feedback with the goal of continuous improvement
Proficiency in technology a must – experience with financial reporting systems, Salesforce, and Excel skills are preferred but not required
Understanding alternative investments and financial operations is preferred but not required
A ‘can-do’ attitude and a willingness to do whatever tasks are necessary to make sure that the work is done on time
Maintain poise, presence, and professionalism with affluent clients
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
Eager to take ownership of projects and responsibilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, small company environment

High EQ, especially with clients (understanding their nuances, etc.)
