Aware is looking for a Demand Generation guru to build and scale a world-class demand generation program that delivers predictable pipeline and plays an integral role in capturing the massive market opportunity ahead of us. 
If you have an amazing track record of building a scalable B2B machine and partnering with sales to  deliver on revenue targets, then this is the role for you. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this individual will be responsible for Inbound and ABM globally. 

As the Director, Demand Generation, you will:

    • Scale a world-class demand generation program – both inbound and ABM - that delivers predictable pipeline and revenue growth at industry-best levels of efficiency 
    • Apply your deep domain expertise in paid search, SEO and marketing automation to grow inbound pipeline and revenue
    • Launch and scale and an Account-Based Marketing motion by driving alignment across the SDR, Sales and Partner Teams
    • Develop a comprehensive closed-loop marketing program to measure and drive ROI from marketing programs. Optimize and recommend improvements to marketing campaigns based on results 
    • Optimize the sales funnel - from the click to close and everything in between.  Work with the Marketing Operations team to deliver a world-class lead nurturing and marketing automation programs that improve lead conversion rates, close rates and funnel velocity
    • Establish KPIs for all programs and track performance to ensure marketing plans are delivering expected business outcomes
    • Demonstrate a strong commitment to partnering with sales to deliver on revenue targets 

To be a great candidate for the Director, Demand Generation Marketing position - you must have experience successfully leading marketing for a B2B software company in the past. Minimum requirements:

    • 5+ years’ experience of increasing responsibility supporting demand generation with demonstrated and impactful results in terms of pipeline growth and closed business. 
    • Hands-on expertise in demand generation - with deep domain expertise in PPC and SEO. We are looking for search marketing experts.  
    • Hands-on expertise in Account-Based Marketing – experienced in LinkedIn and the use of ABM platforms like Terminus, 6Sense and DemandBase. 
    • Fluency and expertise in the use of common MarTech solutions and Salesforce CRM 
    • Bachelor's degree required; MBA desirable 
    • Expertise in enterprise B2B SaaS is required. 
This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $100,000 - $175,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a comprehensive variable compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. Base pay information is based on market location.
