    • Actively provide input related to improving the user experience
    • Responsible for studying, designing, and providing system solutions to reduce time to resolve and drive efficiency
    • Identify and drive automated solutions within existing workflowWrite requirements and proposal for product development solutions
    • Provide support during the deployment process and identify post-implementation issues
    • Track deliverables, key milestones, and monitor effectiveness 
    • Maintain industry knowledge and best practices
    • Learn new technologies and think out-of-the-box to find creative solutions
    • Work directly with customer support users to gather requirements

Preferred Qualifications

    • Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated in driving automation opportunities
    • Works well under pressure and maintains composure
    • Capable of cross-functional collaboration with internal departments 
    • Experience working with Zendesk, Salesforce, ticketing systems is preferred
    • Passion and experience driving efficiency in existing workflows is a plus


    • 1-year experience as a Zendesk administrator is required
    • Minimum 1-year experience in computer science or information technology is required
    • Minimum 1-year experience in writing requirements, system design, and configuration is required
    • Good interpersonal skills and proven experience working with key stakeholders, internal users, and external vendors
    • Ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail
    • Solid analytical and logical approach to problem-solving
