We are experiencing rapid growth with our core product set and are planning to expand our coverage quality digital assets, which the Listings Manager will take a leading role in building and strategizing.

The Listings Manager will be a member of the Business Development team, nested in the Listings Department. You’ll play a vital role in determining what assets should be evaluated for listings. You’ll be building and scaling the essential listings team. The ideal candidate is plugged into the developer ecosystem, well versed in the DeFi landscape, and lastly understands the importance of managing relationships and building teams. The Listings Manager should be acutely aware of the regulatory landscape of digital assets

Responsibilities

    • Define, drive, and deliver Binance.US’s listing strategy
    • Generate new asset leads by identifying value-capturing asset opportunities. Be fully immersed in token project circles, ventures funds, and with liquidity providers
    • Lead a nimble team of researchers, business developers, and operations associates
    • Be the front-facing client services manager to our existing token partners
    • Negotiate and close on commercial terms of crypto projects, managing a robust pipeline, and produce in-depth research reports with your team.
    • Automate the process necessary to list cryptocurrencies across Legal, Compliance, Product, and Operations teams 
    • Help shepherd crypto projects through the process of our listings
    • Analyze and produce managerial reports for all assets

Requirements

    • 7+ years of experience in business development and/or project management, with 3+ years of people leadership
    • Clear demonstration of leadership and entrepreneurship
    • Strong research-driven, market intelligence insights with financial modeling to back up business decisions
    • High degree of ethics, integrity, and cognizant of regulatory risk
    • Deep familiarity of crypto assets, smart contracts, blockchain protocols (Web 3.0), DeFi, Yield Farming, token economics, and automatic market-making
    • Ability to coach others and be coached
    • Ability to translate digital asset information effectively across the organization to compliance, legal, product, and sales
    • Proven track record of process management, performance evaluations, lead generation, project management, and excellence in client services
