Binance.US is looking for a senior Total Rewards Leader passionate about designing meaningful compensation and benefits programs creating a sense of teamwork and productivity. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will provide strategic, and consultative advice to the Binance.US leadership team as well as shape and build an impactful strategy that will retain, motivate and attract top talent. 

The job

    • Design and execute Binance.US compensation, equity, and benefits programs with business goals and company values in mind
    • Drive key compensation initiatives: compensation strategy and implementation, market benchmarking, performance reviews, pay equity, career path/ladder formation as well as variable compensation programs
    • Partner with senior leadership to define the total rewards strategy, built for a geographically dispersed employee population
    • Oversee the company's benefits programs
    • Build dynamic models leveraging comp data making strategic recommendations on program design, process iterations and cost structures
    • Benchmark program effectiveness and competitiveness while aligning with business and talent strategies 
    • Ensure compensation data and programs are accurate and HRIS processes are in place for reporting
    • Partner with recruiting to proactively define level and associated compensation ranges for new roles and provide competitive market insight for the headcount planning 
    • Participate in the development of effective communication strategies to drive employee awareness and understanding 
    • Monitor external trends in order to proactively recommend adjustments to company programs to ensure market competitiveness

Your experience

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 12+ years of Total Rewards leadership experience in a pre-IPO, technology fast-paced environment (public company experience a plus)
    • Designed and facilitated large scale strategic initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders
    • Global compensation experience in the following areas: executive and board compensation, salary planning, market pricing, job evaluation, data analysis, research and cost modeling
    • Benefits experience including knowledge of health and welfare plans, leaves and time off practices, as well as retirement plans
    • Knowledge and hands on experience with options and RSUs 
    • A history of building, leading, and mentoring a diverse and high-performing team in a fast paced environment
    • Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, organization, and the highest standards for accuracy and precision
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills across all levels, with an ability to persuade and influence
    • Growth mindset in addition to a high-level of EQ and collaboration with cross-functional teams
    • Experience with finance services and other high-regulated industries 
    • A love of crypto a must
    • Bias to action - you have the ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and build for scale proactively
    • You have a gritty & entrepreneurial attitude, and don't shy away from things you don't know
