The Client Operations Associate will be a member of the Product & Operations Team. You will be part of a team that develops and supports client relationships with institutional clients ranging from Hedge Funds, High-Frequency Prop Trading groups, Venture Capital, and Family Offices. As a Client Operations Associate, you’ll be working cross-function with our Sales, compliance, and tech teams to streamline onboarding and deliver client-focused operations.

Responsibilities

    • Screen, and pursue client leads, respond to inbound opportunities, and assist senior team members with client support.
    • Provide sales, account management, relationship management, as well as some client services coverage to our corporate clients and KOLs Support and solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations. Be the advocate to Binance.US Clients and drive data-driven changes expanding the client experience
    • Actively support an expansive project portfolio and prioritization process for new and existing features
    • Identify and remove impediments that block the team’s ability to meet project deadlines by facilitating team discussion and collaboration
    • Partner with data team and business to produce data dashboards and reporting
    • Manage various internal/external projects to improve our exchange product to improve user experience
    • Monitor user feedback and competitive landscape to improve our products and services
    • Coordinate product-focused improvements to drive business growth
    • Work with multi-function internal teams as well as external partners to resolve user issues 


    • The salary range for this position is: $100k - $200k per year.

Requirements

    • 2+ years relevant experience in institutional sales, account management, or client operations (crypto, equities, portfolio strategy, macroeconomics) 
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts while chasing new lead opportunities
    • High positivity level, commitment to deliver world-class client services, and willingness to wear many hats in a multi-functional role as part of a small team
    • Strong strategic thinking, client-facing communication, and interpersonal skills - you love working with people, understanding partners’ needs, and designing mutually beneficial relationships
    • Familiarity with major blockchain technologies and technical developments  in the ecosystem
    • Ability to translate digital asset information effectively across the organization to compliance, legal, product, and sales
    • Strong project management skills
    • Data-focused, be able to analyze data and pinpoint problems in order to provide solutions and results
    • Crypto / Fintech experience preferred
    • Fluent in English (Mandarin a plus)
